Passage Plans 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 Cruising guidance

The mainstay activity of the club is our active cruising programme, with short weekend cruises taking place on at least a monthly basis during the season to a variety of ports along the East Coast.

Additionally, we hold at least a couple of "day sailing" weekends each season where it's possible to try the sport for a few hours on a variety of members' boats.

For the more ambitious, there are opportunities for longer sails to Holland, Belgium and France with an annual "European Cruise" taking place in mid summer, taking advantage of the long daylight hours and the more settled weather.

Details of the cruising programme can be found on our "What's on" page, with passage plans for the individual trips available by clicking on the above.  The Cruising itinery for 2008 can also be found below.

You can get a flavour of our cruising activities by looking at our cruising logs with notes and pictures of some of our recent cruises and the social activities organised by members on those trips.

Each year we cover approximately 1000 miles on club cruises, some short and some more ambitious, including East Coast ports and some forays to the South Coast and futher afield, such as Oostende, Amsterdam, Nieuwpoort and other ports on the coasts of Belgium, Holland and France.

Please click on the links at top of page for details and pictures of some of our cruises.

If you would like to join in with any of our planned trips, please contact Kevin Hall on 01255 870949.
